I reckon that The Invisible Edge's traditional kit is better value for money (look at all those extra bits—brush, soap, bowl, styptic pencil and alum block—all for £50).

I was going to say that if you wanted to spend less, then there's probably nothing wrong with the one you linked, except that you'll need to buy the brush and soap/cream etc anyway, and if you don't buy it as part of a kit, you'll be spending a lot more than £50 for it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, here.

Also, why on earth is there a link to Hannah Solicitors at the top of the page?

    EDIT: Specifically their 'wills' page...

Haha, I've got ad blocker so don't see any, funny that a will is being advertised on a beginners cut throat shaving page though.

It's not an ad. It a totally random link—look at where it says 'Hannah' just next to the menu options.

Have you considered a vintage razor, there may be something shave ready in the classifieds well within your budget.

Considered, yes. However I don't know enough of what to look for and am slightly weary of getting just from the web. I googled for local stores around me and can't seem to find any.

Classifieds seem to be the obvious choice but these are either too high end or the shipping is too much, and again I don't know what is good and what it will be like once you get it.
