    Default Red Imp: Restore Attempt!!!

    OK this one is going to be a wee bit of a restore challenge
    Here are the pics from e-bay so I knew what I was in for here, but I guess how she finishes up will be what matters.....
    This one will be the project for the next week

    It looks do-able. How smooth the finish can get before you start to remove too much metal is another story. I've founf this is often the case with hollow ground blades this bad; you have to live with some scarring to preserve the blade's integrity.

    The beginings of finding bright Steel!!!!

    These are after the 220 grit and 320 grit
    BTW this restore is all by hand, no spinner for this razor, I want to keep the original pins intact....
