    Default My Own Strop !!!!!

During the NC meet Doc was kind enough to send me home with a piece of nice 3" wide leather since he knew I was looking for a new hanging pasted strop....
I went into town, and low and behold, we actually have a place that carries the hardware necessary for putting these together... Right there in the Tack supplies for saddles I found 3" D rings and Chicago fasteners coupled with a clip swivel and Voilą I now have a new hanging strop for .50 Cr paste...
Thanks Doc for the leather, I mixed the Cr paste with Dovo yellow conditioner and just tried it out, worked great and it will only get better as it gets worn in.... OK I sure ain't no Tony Miller but it was sorta satisfying to make my own strop
