Default The Dutch Antique Store or my find of the Year :-) (Pics)

Over the Easter Hollidays i had been in the Netherlands (about 2 1/2 from where i live) spending a few Days at my families Holiday House. For one Day we made an Excursion to some small Towns of the Southern Isles and well and what can i say,
this is what i found in a little Antique Store :-)

A NOS Vertible Vincent Majestic Pour Peau Sensible in 6/8" & very thin grounded

A NOS Fontenille 134 No.873 "The King Barber" in 13/16", 1/1 Hollow, medium thin grounded

A Weyersberg "MARS" in 6/8"+, 1/1 Hollow, medium thin grounded

And my new Love, a KaiKaMe (Karl Kaiser Merscheid) 13/16", 1/1 Hollow, thing grounded with decorated spine.

Shaved only with the MARS & the Charlex until today, both are good Allrounders, similar to Sprock or Taylors 1000
    Razors :-)

All had been in a good shape and with Boxes (the Vincent & Fontenille with their Original boxes, the MARS with the Sellers Box from Anvers, the KaiKaMe with a Puma Case and the Charlex with a big Heljestrand Box) , only a bit dirt and patina, but no heavy Rust or Pitting, sharpening was easy and fast.

Well done, looks like it was a very rewarding side trip.

    YA THINK?!!?
When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It's difficult only for the others.
It's the same when you are stupid.

That was some Easter egg hunt you went on there. Nice basket full.

Can't tell much about the others, but the two frenchies (IC Vincent and Fontenille) are bound to be quite fine.

    Nice catch

    Thank you all!! :-)

At the Antique Store i could have bought about twenty more Razors, but most were only usable for spare Parts and therefore the Prices had been to high, but i took what i could get and yes, this was a fabulous Easter Egg

The only sad thing is, the store was so small and hidden in that medieval town, i guess ill never find it again :-(
