    Cool Sunday Sunday Sunday !!!!

So unfortunately the razor is not mine it belongs to that lucky so and so Tolly
But he asked me to not only shave it but to write a review on it, since they are a pretty rare Duck LOL

This is my second shave with her since I honed it I used my full Shapton progression 1-2-4-6-8-16-30...
The razor is incredible but I will leave that for the review later

Razor = Dubl Duck Stainless 5/8
Brush = Restored Dubl Duck w/ 24mm SST knot
Lather = On the face with SRD Bulgarian Rose
Shave = 1 Multi-directional pass plus touch up
A/S = Aveda Men ASB (hey the wifey bought it for me I gotta use it now and then)
Oh yeah and the two Rubber Duckies helped

Great start to the week with pics guys

    Robert,

Book has general (whole body) but also organ-specific detox methods and details on them. Nothing extraordinary, but one may find very handy tips which may improve the general well-being.

In my case I read the chapter on colon (or bowels) 'cleaning' as I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) but the result is that I would have to visit a physician (or an Ayurveda centre in India someday) for doing this the right way. Till then the diet and exercise have to be kept up and well looked after.

I really love the look and feel of this razor. As can be expected, since it was honed by Max, the shave is wonderful.
    Who to hell is Max?

Oh yes, this is the man, who don't like to send razors to me!

I really like the Hammered tang. I wonder if any of the custom makers would do that?

There are a few hamburger places around here that would accomplish the same level of cleansing after eating their burgers. If you think your bowels are irritable now.....wait till you eat the burgers.

No shave, but still a wonderful day. Of course, I remain frustrated that NO ONE in Italy has ever heard of Domenico Caraceni! If anyone knows where to find it in Venice PLEASE PM me!!

    Sunday Dome and Face Shave
    Prep: PT, Hot Shower
    Dome Razor: 1912 Gem Junior
Face Razor: Lecran Cutlery (with tortoise shell scales)
    Brush: Semogue 1305
    Cream: C.O. Bigelow
AS: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Nivea ASB
Finish: CK Eternity (knock off), Dax High and Tight Pomade (for the stash)

The morning shave was a bit delayed today as I was assisting my son with some car problems all morning. Got the car fixed before he had to go to work. Fantastic CBS (catfish belly smooth) shave on both dome and face. Hollywood three passes on each. Good tunes too (got my Yee-Ha on this afternoon)

    Thank you Birnando,
She is wonderful...a bit of hone wear, but absolutely divine shaver. The uber is something you'll have to try. The dialing of the Cella I was referring to has more to do with scent rather than performance. e.g., it really doesn't matter how much Cella you put in, the performance will be great. But, if the amount is too much, Cella's scent tends to overpower the AdP's. Anyway, have fun with it.

Congrats Matt. Great pickup. I found that the Tosuke's sweet honing spot ratio is 5:1 or 6:1. She takes on a very very keen edge. Enjoy her.

    Great Sunday shave
    Resistance is futile my friend
Hope you don't mind my suggesting so, but I feel (based on your preference of big blades) that you may be better off with an Iwasaki Kamisori than a Tosuke. The Iwasaki is heavier too (by weight). You will have fun...it's a whole different kind of shaving. Just my 2 cents.

    Wowwww Glen,
I have never heard of these Stainless Ducks. They must be rare. Tolly is lucky. Great shave today.

One word Konstantinos: FIBER!!! and lots of it...it is the best thing for colon. Wife and I take Flaxseed + Psyllium Husk whole flakes. great stuff. When bowel works, whole body feels great.

    Bill,
I am certain they've heard of it, they just don't want to share, LOL. Beat it out of them. Great shot btw.
