    Default Kansas City meet anyone?

OK, I for one did not get to attend the Mid Mo meet this year, so I am looking to see who may be interested in coming to KC this fall. Thus far the target date is the 19th of October when the summer is over and fall has yet to set in, hopefully not too hot or cold or crappy. So what do you guys think? Any one interested?

I will be there! No schedule conflicts this time and the weather will be nice.

Sounds interesting....what exactly happens at the "meet", and is going to some of the K.C. bbq places included? I'm a big bbq fan.

The way most of these Get Togethers work is that about 6 pm or so either we go to a eatery or else the BBQ grill gets fired up. Nun2sharp is familiar with the good BBQ places in KC. On my last visit he took me to a really good roast beef sandwich place. It was huge!

The main activities are typically 1 on 1 help with honing, stropping, shaving technique etc. There is also some razor restoration activity & grinding, scale making etc. Plus a lot of strops, razors and hones to look over. There is never enough time to do all that we want.
