Toronto area open workshop.
I am going to be having an open workshop in Orillia.....
The garage is small but everyone is welcome, we will be free to roam the house and backyard aswell.
Im going to do my best to have a bunch of steel blanks for everyone to try their hand forging, grinding, scale making, make micarta, whatever you guys want really.
The best date for me as of now is Sept 29, I am open to moving it to accomidate as long as its not Oct 6.

I can bring some dead animal flesh and/or some hops juice if there's a bbq around.. Just need to know how many of us will be there.

Holy smoke! Incredible opportunity for our northern friends. Any of you Northerners even starting out - this would be an incredible day. 'Can't recommend the value of getting together w/ other guys enough. 'Seems most meet-ups focus on honing & resto, but the chance to forge/grind, etc. is most unusual. Hope you have a wonderful time.
