    Default Pacific Northwest Spring Meet!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I have decided to open my house again this spring to the fine people of this forum (and a support group for their spouses). In actuality I have been asked by quite a few new shavers for a meet closer to the coast and I was planning on having one anyway.
The details are still a little vague and that's why I have decided to open the discussion to the general population here.
As of right now I would be glad to host this meet in Yakima, WA again. I will have the lathe ready for brushe handles and if I get the time I may setup the buffer. Of course there will be plenty of stones, a myriad of razors and soaps galore to try.
I hope that all who attend would bring their toys, creations, stones, whatever to show off, share and discuss.
So far we have not set a date. I have a weekend open, but it looks like Glen may not be able to make that date. Let's open the discussion to include open dates and whatever I could do to make the weekend more informative or more comfortable for you.

Hey Gerrit, I will make whatever date you set work, look forward to seeing you again and hope to see some new people as well. I love the meets, thanks for hosting again and let me know when you guys decide on a date.

Hope to be there. 'Big thanks for the kind hospitality. Maybe attendees could bring stuff for food/snacks, keep it easy on the hosts. I'm good for homemade sourdough.

Hi there and thanks for noting my interest in the spring gathering. This would be my first meet up, and I haven't yet had an excuse to visit Yakima so I'm really open to the venue. It's been a long winter.

I'd love to see what the dates are going to be. I thoroughly enjoyed the time that was set aside for me when I was passing near Yakima.

I would be just as interested in a quick class about sourdough. I have been keeping mine going in the hopes I learn to use it.

I was looking at hones online right now, perhaps i'll wait until after.

I hope that Glenn can arrange a date that is good as I'd like to meet the man I read so often. I have failed miserably in an attempt to meet.

Umm...I would prefer that no one attempt to cut my picnic table, but it would be nice to have someeone there who knows more than everyone else.

So... How late is too close to the Spokane meet?

I'll do whatever I can to make it up like alway's. Got a couple projects in the works so depending on how those pan out I might have some new items for giveaway's. I'll co-ordinate with Rob, Dean and Eric locally and maybe we can get a caravan together
