Thread: Arizona Meet?

Are there and members in AZ interested in a meetup some time this summer? I am coming up on my 1 year mark of SR use and i have a few friends who are interested/getting started. It would be great to meet other people around here that are more experienced in the various arts involved.

I am interested...There are a few of us in Tucson listed on the site but you and I seem to be the only "relatively" active posters. I have about a half dozen locals that I have helped get started in the last 5 months but for the most part they don't seem too interested in pursuing anything beyond just shaving.

Maybe you could have a meet in the winter and attract some of the Canadians to attend. I'd melt down there in the summer time but in the winter that would be nice. It would probably cost the same as going to the Edmonton meet.

A week in Tucson in the winter as part of an Arizona holiday would be very attractive to me. The weekend of Nov 22/23 shows as available on my calendar.

I might be able to make that. My firstborn should be arriving a few weeks prior to that so we shall see if that works for others as well.

I'd be interested in a meetup. I used to live in Tucson and wouldn't mind coming down from Phoenix.

I live in the Tucson area and would be interested if the date works. I know there are quite a few members in the Phoenix area and would consider the drive up if a meet ends up scheduled up there.

We might even be neighbors as I live in the Vail/ Corona De Tucson area as well.

I wouldn't mind waiting until the fall. RezDog you should be able to hitch a ride down...Green Valley just south of Tucson gets overrun with Canadian snowbirds.
