Ok so I bought this off Egay, it wasnt in too bad shape, some rust and pitting on the blade, the Bakelite scales were scratched and quite uneven at the wedge end, so i thought I would give it the once over.

I hand sanded and polished the Blade, reworked the scales removing the built in spacer and made a new white plastic wedge, hand turned new pins, made new washers and put it all back together.
since the Photo's I have honed the blade, which was a nightmare and a real learning curve, but thanks to the great information on here I was able to bring it all together.
Thanks for looking Guys, and any comments would make my day

    Very nice work

You actually hand turned those pins? That is very, very cool.

Nice job, especially the hardware creation.
