You can see the bevel is fine and very even on both sides. No warping or other weird things. Very smooth on my face. Totally cool for a new guy!

Turns out the blade has a bow to it. I spent a little time "adjusting " the spine so she will lay flat. More work required...

I'll let you know how it goes. Tonight I will take the first steps on the 1k just to get a feel for it. It has potential, almost no wear on the spine. The steel seems a little soft. It'll be fun!
