FWIW was in contact with the seller during this and warned him it may be a scam, He answered that it might, so he said he would let me know what happened at the end. The winner did pay him, so what can we say, someone went nuts...

I made the mistake of taking my young daughter to a swap meet once. A Princess Diana beanie baby bear costed me 100 bucks. She is now 27. I still have the bear. It sits in an Aggie coffee cup on my headboard shelf!
