This morning I tried out a new soap !!!!
Our very own Alraz sent me a sample of "Da Tangerine Bomb"
I of course made an Uberlather out of it
using Da Bomb and some Body Shop Shave cream.....
Can you say BOOM !!!!!!
The razor: 8/8 Custom Henckles Friodur "Black Mamba"
The lather: Da Tangerine Bomb Über"
The brush: 22mm Pure Badger "Col Conk"
The scuttle: Georgetown
The strop: SRD Premium I 25/50
The shave: Smooooooooth
The aftershave: Old Spice Fresh Scent

This was a test shave for when I'm away in the fall. Wasn't sure about bringing my straights on a 2-week trip so I picked up 2 DE's. I think I'll get by. Couple weepers but a very close shave.

The Hodge is a great razor, ground and forged in Solingen for an English Company. It already did pass the HHT after the 3000grit hone and finally took an tremendous sharp edge.
